Upon receiving your order, please contact us within 7 calendar days to initiate a return or exchange request. Kindly send your request to [email protected].
To help us evaluate your request, please provide relevant details, including your order information and the condition of the product. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in good condition, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
For products manufactured by third-party brands, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the items are in brand new and unopened condition.
Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. If your refund request is approved after we receive and inspect the product, the refund will generally be processed within 3 business days. We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable handling fee where applicable.
