Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping and provide tracking numbers for most shipments. Customers may select the preferred shipping method at checkout after adding products to the cart. Please note that delivery to certain regions may be temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping availability is subject to change without prior notice. Shipping Methods

We generally provide express shipping services, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, as well as postal air mail services.

Shipping can be arranged as either Freight Prepaid or Freight Collect:

• Freight Prepaid: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the order weight, selected courier service, and delivery destination.
• Freight Collect: Customers must provide a valid DHL, FedEx, or UPS account number. Shipping charges will be billed directly to the designated courier account.

Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information provided in your order, including the delivery address, ZIP/postal code, contact name, and phone number, is accurate and complete before completing payment

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Working Days & Order Processing

Our customer support is available during the following hours:

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (BJT)
• Saturday: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM (BJT)

For in-stock products, orders are generally prepared within approximately 3 business days after payment is received.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, all applicable local taxes, customs duties, VAT/GST, tariffs, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the complexity of international customs regulations, we are unable to provide estimates for these charges. Customers are advised to consult their local customs authorities for more information.

If necessary, we may contact customers by email to confirm shipping details before dispatch.

Delivery Time

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, international delivery times may vary depending on the selected courier service, destination country, and local customs clearance procedures.

4. Additional remote area surcharges or high-risk area surcharges may apply for some destinations according to courier policies.
5. Express couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS generally do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
6. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events.
7. If a shipment is refused by the customer, any return shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, or related expenses may be deducted from the refund amount.
